Since 2016 Chevy has been a student of breath and vision, exploring how these tools are harnessed at the forefront of Human Performance across Athletics, Special Warfare Teams, First Responders and Boardrooms. In 2018 Chevy began working alongside the Art of Breath Coaching Team at Powerspeedendurance, to cement his knowledge of how to optimise performance and stress, while increasing energy for any task life presents.
Chevy and his team pride themselves on developing and educating real-time tools, that people can easily use and apply into there lives with as little friction as possible. To be clear, not everyone can close there eyes and breathe. Busy minds can find this hard, and it is hardly practical in real-world scenarios. Chevy focusses on building Aerobic Efficiency, understanding physiology before psychology and recovery management.
