In 2017 Chevy was selected by the BBC to Coach ten people with a mental health condition to run the London Marathon. In partnership with the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, "Mind Over Marathon" became an Award-Winning Documentary that helped the nation connect the dots between running and wellbeing. Here's how it works: Via online meetings, we will identify the running and life goals that will lead you towards better health, purpose and fulfilment. During your coaching sessions, you will learn and develop the principles, mindset, tools and strategies for getting you there. You will then apply these to your training and life with my support and accountability, in preparation for you going alone fully equipped to unlock your potential.

I've spent two decades developing the tools and strategies for living a healthier, fulfilled and purposeful life. At the same time, I am continuing to dedicate 500 training hours annually, maintaining a level of expertise to save you the time, energy and effort of figuring out what works. Through all of this, I've learned two things.
1. Coaching needs to be simple, digestible and realistic vs the busy life you live.
2. My job is to Coach you not to who you are, but to whom I know you should be one day. Coaching has to be challenging and will require effort because it's only once we are outside of our comfort zone, that growth occurs. My role is to help you embrace the unknown while keeping you grounded, holding you accountable and making it enjoyable.
It all depends on your unique set of challenges, goals and current starting point. Many have achieved big change in little as a month, while others have taken a year to completely rehaul training and life from the ground-up. During your free strategy call, I will be able to advise rough estimates to get you from where you are to where you've always wanted to be.
All coaching facilitated via Zoom calls, with access in-between via phone/email. How many times in a month all depends on where you are in your journey. For instance, we may do weekly calls for the first month to upskill you, and then move to a lower frequency once equipped with the knowledge and plan for achieving results. This also helps conserve budget for those who need to. Once again, another item to be discussed in your free 30-minute call.
