Beyond the talks, I spend a lot of my time empowering revenue generating teams across Sales, Client Services and at Board level to develop tomorrows “Top Billers” and future leaders. I deliver group workshops and one on one training, to help employees understand how to not only buffer stress but more importantly how to manipulate it to find “flow,” therefore improving their bottom lines, client retention, satisfaction and general wellbeing for a more calm and focussed life. This element of my wheelhouse combines 15 years of working in Sales, Business Development and Account Management, before moving into the “Wellness Industry.”

Language is king when it comes to helping people explore new narratives. My unique experience of both sides of the coin helps me understands the needs of my clients, the business demands they face and the ability to gain the attention of employees who may often turn their noses up at current wellbeing programmes.
