Building a meaningful life can come at a cost.

The more we take on, the more we drain our energy reserves, and the more we feel the squeeze of trying to hold everything together. One day we feel in control and on course. The next, we’re exhausted, running on empty, and wondering how it all slipped away.

And when that happens, it’s not just physical. The exhaustion seeps into our thinking. It starts whispering that we’re not good enough, that we’re letting people down, and that maybe we should just lower our expectations of what’s possible.

You don’t deserve to feel this way.

Because deep down, all you want to do is live life to the best of your capabilities — to show up for the people you care about, to challenge yourself, and to feel like you’re still moving forward. That’s why I created Refuel.

For the last decade, I’ve been designing, refining, and successfully delivering this 12-week, in-person, one-to-one coaching programme for people who feel like they’ve hit the wall.

Refuel is built to help you rebuild your foundations, your energy, your confidence, and your strength, without feeling overwhelmed. It’s not another quick fix or bootcamp. It’s a structured rebuild for people who’ve been giving too much for too long.

The goal isn’t just to get your energy back. It’s to build your capacity to come back stronger, wiser, and healthier, so you can be the person who energises the people around you, not the one always running on fumes.

Because when you have the energy to show up for your loved ones, your team, your friends, and yourself, without giving them the burnt ends, you create a ripple effect that genuinely improves the lives of everyone around you.

What Is Refuel?

Refuel is a 12-week, unlimited-session coaching programme focused on burnout recovery, performance, and energy rebuilding. You’ll work with me one-to-on, in person or online, to restore your foundation physically, mentally, and emotionally.

We’ll rebuild your energy, strengthen your body, and create a new rhythm that fits your real life, not a perfect one.

Each programme combines movement, energy development, and behavioural change coaching to help you move well, feel strong, and stay consistent.

It’s not about chasing balance, it’s about building resilience, rhythm, and confidence that last long after the 12 weeks are over.

Why It Works

When you’re running on empty, the problem isn’t just motivation, it’s that your body has lost its capacity to produce and regulate energy properly.

That physical dysregulation leads to a flood of stress, self-doubt, and frustration that makes it hard to think clearly or make progress.

My job isn’t to fix the mental side directly, I’m not a therapist, but to help you rebuild the physical foundation that supports it. Because when your body feels strong, grounded, and energised, your mind follows.

How I Got Here

Before becoming a coach, I spent 17 years working in high-pressure business development and client services, living on caffeine, adrenaline, and after-work drinks. Burnout was just part of the annual cycle.

And I’d love to say that since becoming a coach who specialises in energy and stress, I’ve cracked the burnout code. But that wouldn’t be honest. Over the past ten years of building my business, marriage, and life, there have been highs, lows, and moments where the tank hit empty again.

The difference now is that my capacity to handle those moments, to regulate, recover, and rebuild, is stronger than ever. And it’s the same toolbox I share with every client who walks through the door feeling drained, unmotivated, or lost.
